Are your pieces in stock, or made to order?
Yes, all of the collections featured on our website are currently in stock. Once your order is placed, your fixtures undergo a final quality check before being carefully packaged and dispatched. We typically process orders within 1-2 business days, and you can expect delivery within 5-10 business days.
Is my order fully insured against damage in transit?
Yes. We understand that shipping delicate architectural lighting requires extreme care. Every Lucera order is fully insured against loss or damage while in transit to your door. In the rare event a piece arrives damaged, simply contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will expedite a replacement.
Do you supply replacement glass shades if one breaks in the future?
Yes, we do. Accidents happen, and we want your Lucera fixtures to last a lifetime. We carry replacement glass shades and spare parts for our collections. If you ever need a replacement, simply reach out to our client services team with your original order details.
What is your return policy if the fixture doesn’t suit my space?
We want you to be completely confident in your design choices. We offer a 30 day return policy for all uninstalled fixtures that are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale. You can read our full return process here
How do I care for and maintain the brass and glass finishes?
To maintain the integrity of our premium finishes, please avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For glass shades, a soft microfiber cloth with a mild glass cleaner works best. For brass and metal components, simply dust gently with a dry, soft cloth to preserve the finish for years to come.
Can the suspension length of pendant lights be adjusted on-site?
Yes. The majority of our pendant lights and chandeliers come with adjustable suspension cables or interchangeable extension rods. This allows your electrician to easily customize the drop length on-site to perfectly suit your ceiling height during installation.
Are your fixtures compatible with standard dimmer switches?
Yes, almost all of our fixtures are designed to be dimmable. For fixtures that require bulbs, simply ensure you purchase dimmable bulbs. For our modern fixtures with integrated LEDs, they are compatible with most standard trailing-edge or universal LED wall dimmers.
